A single idea can start a groundswell, be a flashpoint for a movement, and it can actually rewrite our future. But an idea is powerless if it stays inside of you....if you communicate an idea in a way that resonates, change will happen.

Hi, I'm Lauren, the founder of Resonate Coaching.

My passion is helping clients discover their true capacity for power through the words they speak. Why? Because prestigious degrees and great ideas aren't enough. It's how you communicate your ideas that moves others to action. It's how you communicate your ideas that changes the world.

My Background

I'm a Lecturer in Strategic Communication at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a speaking coach for the GSB's TED-like program (known as LOWKeynotes). In addition to my work at the Business School, I serve as a guest lecturer and skills coach for Stanford Law School, the Stanford undergraduate program, and the d.school. I've also served as a mediation and communication skills trainer for Santa Clara County and as a communication strategist for high level teams in Fortune 500 Companies.

I help clients increase their impact through the crafting and delivery of compelling messages that resonate with audiences...whether that audience is one or many. Through coaching, I help clients transform situations, unlock opportunities, and motivate people to action through the words they speak.

I received my J.D. from Stanford Law School and my B.A. in psychology from Stanford University. I also studied coaching and leadership development at the Coaches Training Institute.

Courtney is the chief designer and co-executive Bumble advisor at Resonate Coaching. Her background includes having a debilitating illness that she hates talking about and some jobs that she has managed to do in the meantime, which she got through the Lauren-and-Courtney-patented-framework of "I'm gonna pretend I can do this job and somehow get hired for it and then just keep pretending until somehow I'm actually doing it". She loves her boss Lauren a lot and is very much looking forward to having a rumspringa and meeting people she can talk to in real life instead of just stalking them online.

You can email her at CourtneyCMeehan@gmail.com but be careful: she might catfish you!
